General Terms and Conditions
1.
The Current Active Promotion (hereinafter- Promotion) offered by
ForexBrokerInc. (hereinafter- Company) is valid for limited time as
stated above (hereinafter-Promotion time).
2. Applying for the Promotion, the client confirms that he has read and agreed with the present Terms and Conditions.
3. Promotion is valid only for new clients who are residents of United States of America.
4. In order to participate in the promotion, a new client must open a live trading accout with the Company and send an email to backoffice@forexbrokerinc.com with his name, last name and account number. The subject line should contain: No deposit bonus.
5.
Please note that it may take up to 72 hours before the bonus is
credited to the account of an Eligible Client (see part B – Eligible
Clients) who meets all of the criteria set forth herein.
6. Bonus will be credited to the account for trading purposes only and cannot be withdrawn.

Arbitrage and news trading are not allowed in any account that is
participating in the Promotion. Similarly, the use of proxies is not
allowed with respect to any such accounts either. All trading
instruments that are available in the trading terminal may be used for
trading. All orders that are put at non-market prices will be cancelled.
8. The Promotion is valid only for Eligible Clients – see part B- Conditions of Eligibility.
9. No partner’s commissions are paid for trading in any account that participates in the Promotion scheme.
10. Promotion is limited to one account per client.
11.
Promotion is limited also to one IP per client and any family members,
such as brothers, sisters, spouses, lineal descendants and collateral
descendants are not allowed to participate to the Promotion.

Additionally, accounts that will be labeled as Bonus Abusers will have
their profits, trades and bonuses removed and the accounts will be
closed.

The
Company reserves the right to change and/or even terminate the terms
and conditions of the Promotion at its sole discretion at any time and
without prior notice to the Client
B) Conditions of Eligibility
14. In order to qualify for the Promotion, Eligible Clients must provide Company with
true, accurate, current and complete information, including their full
name, identical to that specified in their ID documentation, as well as
an active contact e-mail, and must upload all necessary, clear and legal
documents in the member’s area. Eligible Clients must agree not to
impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent any affiliation with
another person, entity or association, use false headers or otherwise
conceal their identity for any purpose. Company will treat with care all
such information that is entrusted to it, in accordance with the
disclosures provided during the registration process and in
Forexbrokerinc.com Privacy Policy.
15.
During the registration process Eligible Clients will be asked to
choose a ‘username’ and ‘password’ that will be used by them every time
they access their account with Company and use Forexbrokerinc.com
services. For their protection and that of other users of Company
services, Eligible Clients should not share their registration
information (including their ‘username’ and ‘password’) with any other
person or business entity for any purpose including, but not limited to,
facilitating access and unauthorized use of Company services. Eligible
clients are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur
within their account with Forexbrokerinc.com and/or Company Website(s)
through the use of their registration information. If an Eligible Client
believes that someone has used or is using his or her registration
information, ‘username’ or ‘password’ to access any of Company services
without his or her prior authorization, he or she should notify Company
immediately.
16.
Only persons who can form legally binding contracts under the laws
applicable in their country of residence may participate in the
Promotion scheme. Without
limiting the foregoing, participation in the Promotion scheme is not
allowed for persons under the age of 18 or otherwise under legal age in
their country of residence ("minors"). If you are a minor, you may not
participate in the Promotion scheme.
17.
Similarly, persons associated in any manner whatsoever with Company
and/or with the specific websites and/or social network sites on which
Company may be running from time to time certain specific promotions,
contests and/or surveys, in the context of which access to the Promotion
scheme is offered, are not allowed to participate in the Promotion.
